Gen Y, Livin’ In Now

And what would a self-expression site be without an “About Me” page? Ok then, here goes.

I am an 18-year-old, Gen-Y teenager in a business environment that shall remain nameless (I call it “X”). I’ll give you a hint though, it is in IT. Because of my age, personality, generation, friends, job and god only knows what else. I am in a constant juggle to balance, separate and integrate my working life with my social life. Understandably that makes no sense at all, but what can you expect from a Libra?

I am bisexual, wiccan, extremely self involved (involving vanity, self-questioning, self-loathing, self-awareness and anything else with the word “self” in it I guess) and extremely loving and caring of others at the same time. I am extremely cutthroat and I will usually stop at nothing to get what I want, which does cause a lot of problems in my life. Spontinuety is my specialty which also causes trouble but it can and does also bring out my creative, intuitive and innovative side. It can bring good results, this blog is a perfect example.

This blog is a mix of my life events and my opinions as a Gen-Y’er, trying to give some insight into what it is like in my eyes (as a perfect example of Gen-Y). On top of that I try to throw in relevant news articles and other linkies that can tickle your brain.

I do hope to please, intrigue, give laughter and maybe spark a few emotions in the people who come to read this. And if I piss some people off… all the more fun!
